Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of BuyFlow.Dev (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

BuyFlow enables Slack users to submit purchase requests and, upon approval, creates corresponding purchase orders in QuickBooks.

BuyFlow is not a financial institution, payment processor, or seller of goods or services.

Accounts & Access

• BuyFlow is installed by a Slack workspace administrator
• Workspace users may submit requests as permitted by the organization
• Access may be revoked at any time via Slack or QuickBooks

Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed per Slack workspace
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Taxes are the customer's responsibility

Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their data.

Customers grant BuyFlow a limited license to process data only to provide the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Slack and QuickBooks. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

BuyFlow is not affiliated with Slack or Intuit.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Interfere with systems or security
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service
• Introduce malicious code or abuse usage limits

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BuyFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to fees paid to BuyFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim
• BuyFlow is not responsible for outages or failures of Slack, QuickBooks, or other third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BuyFlow harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
