A focused tool
BuyFlow is for teams that need a clear request, approval, accounting, and receipt flow without changing cards, banks, or the tools their team already uses.
It does not currently enforce budgets, run multi-department approval policies, manage vendor catalogs, or replace an ERP. If those controls are the project, a full procurement platform will be a better fit.
Each approved request counts once. Rejected and forwarded requests do not count toward the monthly limit.

Yes. Approval usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Yes. You can upgrade from Settings and the new limit applies immediately.
